UNIPATCH RUBBER LTD was set up as a Joint Venture between the business house of Khemka’s (New Delhi, India) and Technical Rubber Company, Ohio, USA. world’s largest manufacturer of tyre & tube repair products and a pioneer in scientifically designed tyre repairs with an unmatched reputation for quality.

Unipatch is India’s first and largest, ISO 9001:2015 certified, manufacturer of tyre and tube repair patches and allied products.

It has an in-house R&D Center and three sophisticated plants to develop & manufacture advanced systems of tyre and tube repair units, chemical fluids, retreading products and repair tools and accessories, which conform to international standards.

Technologies:

Omni repair units come in the following three technologies

Dual Cure:- Most popular of the three technologies, dual-cure repair units cure the tyre either by heat + pressure + time or due to a chemical reaction.

Chemical Cure:- Heat-resistant patch with a longer shelf life. Vulcanization is triggered by the application of CVF which starts a chemical reaction to cure the repair unit with the tyre.

Cloth Back repairs:-Pre-cured repair unit, on a drill cloth. Elimination of grey gum ensures unlimited shelf life. Best suited for OTR repairs using monaflex repair system and by retreaders who want to cure the patch and the tread in a single process.

Tested for 100% success:-The most stringent quality control measures at every stage of manufacture ensures that OMNI repair units are the best as per International Standards. Unipatch has won numerous awards and commendations for its excellence in quality and performance. It has received a special commendation for its staff and a letter of appreciation from the Indian Army for the support and service provided to them in active operations.
