The prime factor that has contributed to our success is the state-of-the-art infrastructure in the manufacturing plant at Kaniyambadi, which is located about 150 km from Chennai. The plant is spread over an area of 5 hectares and has all the modern tools and machinery that are required to produce high-quality steel castings that meet international standards.
- Development & Design: 3-Dimensional modeling and simulation of solidification using American Foundrymen’s Society Software for optimized methods and FME Analysis for sample development
- Pattern shop for maintenance of patterns
- Mould shop: Hand mould and machine mould
- Melting: Three induction melting furnaces, each with a capacity of 1.8 tons with dual track
- Heat treatment: Heat treatment furnaces calibrated to API-6A specification with automatic quenching facility that aid in facilitating 100% production
- Quality: Well-equipped chemical, mechanical, NDT and sand testing labs

Machined castings offer higher precision and a nicer surface finish; moreover, they are ready to assemble. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified machine shop spreads over an area of 6500 sq. ft. It houses various CNC machines like Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Turning Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, and other conventional machines.
