Sant Aluminium Private Limited was promoted by Sanjeev Kumar in 2004 with over three decades of experience in the Aluminium Extrusion Industry. The Company having an annual turnover of above Rs 100 crores is spread over 1 Lakh Sq Ft of covered shop floor area with 3 Fully Automatic PLC-controlled Hydraulic extrusion presses along with a handling system having a capacity of 8500 MT per annum.

We Are equipped with a Fully Automatic Hot Top casting machine with Two melting Furnaces of 10 MT & 6 MT, and a Die Nitriding Furnace for good Surface finishing. We have In House die development facilities and have Tie-Ups with top die makers in the world along with the designing Team.

Our Lab has a spectrometer for testing chemical composition and a hardness tester for testing the tensile strength of the material by experienced staff to monitor the quality at each stage of the production line. We offer a wide range of aluminum extrusion capabilities with our extruded products for Architectural, Industrial, Transport Sectors & many more.

We also specialize in making custom aluminum extruded profiles and extruded sections. SAPL as the acknowledged market leader has set up benchmarks for quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction, Hence, our Aluminum extruded sections, extruded channels or extruded profiles are of top quality in meeting the Client’s requirements.

The company offers standard extrusion profiling and also is able to take care of specific designs and requirements.
