PTC Industries Limited, company has been manufacturing high-quality engineering components for various critical and super-critical applications for more than 56 years.

we manufacture Pump housing, Valves, Propulsion, Flow Control, Titanium Castings, etc.

PTC Industries has built a new state-of-the-art facility in Lucknow, India housing advanced manufacturing technologies like Replicast®, RapidCast™, and the newly developed ForgeCAST.

This plant has robot-assisted manufacturing facilities, 5-axis machining capabilities, 3D printing, and simulation and also offers Titanium casting capability for the first time in India.

PTC Industries plant is spread over 70,000 square meters with a covered area of 15,000 square meters. The manufacturing process has been re-engineered to make it greener and reduce or eliminate wastage at every stage resulting in ‘Zero Defect – Zero Effect’ manufacturing.

Besides being at the forefront of manufacturing technologies, PTC Industries facility shall also break all preconceived notions about the industry and set benchmarks in responsible and sustainable manufacturing.

The plant is housed in a green building with a 1 Mega Watt of the rooftop solar facility along with other green measures like rain-water harvesting, waste heat recovery, geothermal energy, recycling, and reclamation of materials which shall help reduce its carbon footprint substantially and simultaneously increase its energy efficiency.
