We “Poona Shims Pvt Ltd” (POSH) is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The company is the largest manufacturer of Exhaust Gas Recirculation and Oil Coolers in India. The organization is a single-source supplier to numerous Indian OEMs due to its excellent quality, competitive price, 100% on-time delivery, and service.

Established in 1981 by Mr. Anil S. Gupte and Mrs. Shubha A. Gupte, Poona Shims Pvt Ltd has emerged as one of the leading Precision Sheet metal parts Suppliers to Major OEMs in India since its inception. Until 2016 under the original leadership of Mr. Anil S. Gupte, Poona Shims Pvt Ltd developed over 120 different types of Plate Type Oil Coolers.

Currently, POSH manufactures a wide range of Sub-Assemblies of Aluminum Casting and Oil Coolers, Plate Type Oil Coolers, exhaust gas distribution systems, Transmission Oil Coolers, Exhaust Gas Recirculation, Cooler, and EGR Cooling Module for the Global and Indian automotive market.

We are also an OEM manufacturer for various automotive companies like HYUNDAI MOTOR, TATA MOTOR, MARUTI UDYOG, etc. The second and third generations from the same family are actively involved in the management of Poona Shims.

In 2008, POSH introduced an Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (EGR Cooler). We supply EGR Coolers for Automotive, Tractor, Genset, and Earth Moving Equipment Engine applications. In 2010, POSH completed the Development of Aluminum Oil Coolers for the Passenger Car segments. With 34 years of experience, POSH now offers Complete Sub-Assembly, Oil Cooling Modules, and EGR modules to Customers.

Poona Shims supplies to more than 30 OEMs in India and Exports to more than 5 OEMs in Europe. The foundation of the company’s growth over the past years is a deep understanding of customer needs.
