The company is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality, dependable automotive parts, including ignition switches, fuel tank caps, latches, auto locks, handles, switches, oil pumps, carburetors, throttle bodies, fuel caps, injection systems, casting components, other automotive parts solutions for automotive applications serving automotive agricultural and other applications worldwide.

The Registrar of Companies in Kanpur registered Pavna Locks Private Limited on April 19, 1994, under the Companies Act 1956. On October 30, 2000, the company changed its name to Pavna Locks Limited and changed its name to Public Limited. On October 30, 2000, the company’s additional name was changed to Pavna Zadi Security Systems Limited, and on April 30, 2019, the company’s name was changed to Pavna Industries Limited. The company manufactures a wide range of automotive components for well-known Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in accordance with their specifications.

It primarily serves a variety of vehicle segments, including passenger cars, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and off-road vehicles. Products manufactured by the company include brake shoes, clutch plates, wiper blades, bearings, filters, and aftermarket sales and services. In India, the business operates cutting-edge manufacturing facilities in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Aurangabad (Maharashtra), and Pantnagar (Uttarakhand). Some of the facilities are close to OEM customers’ plants and are situated in important auto clusters.
