1-FRICTION MATERIALS

Friction Materials are composed of relatively soft but tough and heat-resistant material with a high coefficient of friction typically mounted to a solid metal backing using high-temperature adhesive or rivets. Our Friction material products are Asbestos, Non-Asbestos, Sintered, Rubber, and Woven in the form of Molded, Pads, or Rolls. The typical coefficient of friction range is from 0.55 to 0.62. These are completely customized products and are made according to customers’ requirements and designs.

2-BRAKES PARTS & ACCESSORIES

Brakes & Clutches are the oldest products of HFI. We are specialized in every kind of Braking System be it Brake Bands, Pneumatic Brakes, or Hydraulic Braking systems. HFI has developed each and every brake part and has got their in-house expertise in Friction Material & Rubber Diaphragm the two main components on which every braking system depends.

3-RUBBER DIAPHRAGMS

Whatever type of Rubber Diaphragm you require HFI has the technology and expertise to supply your requirement. HFI is a specialist supplier of diaphragms in a wide range of materials to all major industries. Our expertise enables us to supply homogeneous, rubber to metal-bonded and fabric-reinforced diaphragms using injection, compression, transfer, flashless, and fabrication techniques. In terms of materials, HFI has the facilities to develop compounds from small-scale to full-production batches by working closely with clients and selected suppliers to devise and implement specific customer compound needs.

4-GEARS & PINIONS

HFI manufactures varieties of Gears & Pinion. We are specialized in Open Gears & Gear shafts. The basic categories of Gears manufactured by us are Spur, Helical, Worm Wheel, Gear Sprocket, Internal Spine, etc. From material selection to final heat treatment every step is closely monitored under the strict supervision of HFI Engineers. We also have our in-house design facility with expertise in Gear technology.

5-MECHANICAL SPARES

HFI expertise in the manufacturing of a variety of Heavy Engineering Mechanical Spares like Rollers, Shafts,. Mechanical Spares also comprise Flexible/Half Couplings, Centrifugally cast PB Bush, Alloy Steel Bush, Pin, etc. HFI supplies any mechanical spares according to customer design or requirements. We have tied up with some of the best suppliers for raw materials, castings & forgings for flawless quality spares with guaranteed performance.

6-FASTENERS

HFI manufactures standard fasteners that conform to the International Standards JIS, Metric, Inch series. The products manufactured are forged from cold-headed quality medium carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. HFI is specialized in Hex Bolts, Carriage Bolts, Lag Bolts, Eye Bolts, Eye Lags, U-Bolts, J-Bolts, Hanger Bolts, High Tensile Nuts, Bolts, and Washers. We are also a specialized supplier of Solid, Semi Tubular Rivets in Copper (Cu), Aluminum (Al), Brass, Stainless Steel (SS), and Mild Steel (MS) with shank diameter conforming to relative bass for varied applications.

7-GEARS COUPLINGS

HFI is specialized in Gear Couplings. Gear couplings are torsionally rigid and are supplied in two designs – completely flexible and flexible/rigid. The gear couplings consist of a forged sleeve with internal teeth cut on its inside. The forged sleeves are normally two halves possessing internal gears in both of them. In certain cases, the forged sleeve tends to remain a single piece. Two hubs with external teeth containing the same number of teeth as in the internal gear are present with each one being mounted on the driven and driver shaft respectively. The entire assembly is normally enclosed. The types of Gear Couplings manufactured by us are Completely flexible gear-type couplings with straight-cut teeth, Flexible/rigid gear-type couplings with straight-cut teeth. We have developed various Gear Couplings based on customer requirements and data provided/usage.
