Enestee Engineering an established Engineering Company located in the geographical center of India is involved in the EPCC of Coal Washeries, Iron-ore Beneficiation, and Cyclonation projects. EEL is a venture promoted by technocrats, from India and the USA with a clear vision to promote, and grow without diluting the core philosophy of growth through “innovation, integration, and sustenance”. The promoters decided to go out and create such facilities and markets where solutions are provided end to end with a high level of quality thereby creating satisfied customers.

In a short span of time the company has become an established Brand name and now is in pursuit of widening its area of focus, the management is functioning under four prominent verticals such as
(i) mineral beneficiation and its auxiliary system,
(ii) Heavy engineering fabrication and erection related to Power industries,
(iii) equipment manufacturing & marketing including OEMs and
(iv) O&M.

Washery & Material Handling: The state-of-the-art coal processing facility provided by EEL has now existed in Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Orissa. The projects commissioned are having capacities ranging from 200 TPH to 500 TPH. Also, the company has completed erection and commissioning of more than 5 coal-handling plants for 500 MW and above for customers in the country.

The company management believes that the thrust of the current Government is to maximize indigenous washed coal production, the coal processing capacity needs to be tripled in the coming years. This will further open venues for Coal Handling Systems in addition to washeries.

EEL is equipped to handle these on a turnkey basis as the company has a full-fledged design team along with all other relevant branches. EEL is pursuing a policy to consistently modernize its existing facility to the best possible levels with an aim to set certain benchmarks. The production facility will be such that the products will meet all international standards in addition to improving productivity.

Heavy Fabrication & Machining: As a business strategy, a major part of its total manufacturing capacity is carved out for the fabrication of special equipment & structure for its clients. The company specializes in the fabrication of heavy structures like columns, girders, ducting, beams, casings, non-fired pressure vessels, storage tanks, chutes, conveyors, travel cars, gates, bins, kilns chimneys, and towers built-up structures & a host of other specialized fabrication jobs. The company has the capabilities of fabrication of various parts & equipment made of mild steel stainless steel & hardox plates. The fabrication shop is equipped with cutting edge equipment like CNC cutting & welding machines, SAW welding machines, and equipment for machining, painting, heavy handling cranes, plate bending up to (60 mm), and pressing.

A host of Qualified Engineers and technicians carry out the work including NDT tests like Ultrasonic flow detectors, MPT, DFT meters, Radiography testing & profile gauges. The team is well versed in maintaining proper documents & which enables us to achieve targets on time through proper planning of time & resources and by following standard procedures & design codes dictated by ASME, IS, & BS standards. Our heavy structures are majorly supplied and being supplied across the country to Power plants, Refineries, Steel Plants, Cement plants, and many other utilities and process plants.
