1-OIL PRIMING PUMP
Developed for HEAVY VEHICLES FACTORY is used to lubricate the engine parts before starting. It consists of a dc motor and a gear pump. Pressure relief valves are provided for the safety of the pump.
2-PREHEATER REDUCTION GEAR
Developed for Ordnance Factor, Medak is used to pre-heat and cool the engine. It consists of a single dc motor that drives an air blower, water pump, and fuel pump.
3-OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY FOR UTD-20 ENGINE
Developed for Engine Factory Avadi the pump provides lubrication to all the moving parts in the engine. It has three suction ports and two delivery ports. A pressure relief valve is provided to maintain the oil pressure. It gives a discharge of 360 liters/min.
4-Oil Pump for Engines and Compressors for the Oil and Gas Industry
This pump is used in the oil refinery for pumping oil.
5-TROCHOID PUMP
Developed for Kerala Agro Machinery Corporation it is a cost-effective pump used for lubrication purposes where the discharge and working pressure is low. Modification of the pump is possible and a modified version has been developed for Kirloskar Toyoda Textile Machinery Manufacturer.
6-OIL PUMP MAYEKAWA
Oil pump developed for Mayekawa, Japan. Runs at 1000 RPM with an outlet pressure of 0.5 Mpa and delivers 15 LPM.
7-FUEL FEED PUMP
Developed for Engine Factory Avadi the pump injects fuel for heating the coolant which in turn heats the engine.
8-AIR DISTRIBUTOR, COCK ASSEMBLY, VALVE ASSEMBLY
Pneumatic and Hydraulic valves were developed for Defence factories.
9-BOOSTER PUMP
Engine booster pump developed for Engine Factory in Avadi.
10 EXHAUST VENTILATION SYSTEM
Used in Ambulances, BMP vehicles manufactured in Ordinance factories for Gas/Smoke exhaust
